Edit: Rats! Uninen beat me to it ...
Unfortunately the ZSU-57-2 hasn't been very successful against aircraft when used in combat.
The S-60 guns in the towed version are very powerful and quite effective against slow targets but they have radar guidance.
The ZSU-57-2 fires with 4 round clips and its rate of turn is poor for modern fast aircraft. The lack of radar direction means it is not much good against aerial targets.
Having said that it is VERY effective against ground targets and has been used successfully in that role.
The Zu-23 upgrade looks very interesting but I prefer the Russian upgrade and I believe there is a similar Czech upgrade where twin MANPADs are added as well as powered controls and optic and thermal target detection sensors.
The SOSNA system also looks interesting with four hypersonic SOSNA SAMs and a single twin barrel 2A38M cannon (rate of fire 2,000-2,500rpm) with a Thermal imaging targetting system for totally passive engagements. (The 2A38M gun is also used on the Tunguska, and is a twin barrel 30mm cannon, though it uses two twin barrel guns, whereas the SOSNA system has one.)

few weeks ago me with brzęczyszczykiewicz we made thread about Polish airdefence, look for it and you will find modifications of S-60 with optical targeting and full automatics, modification of ZSU-23-4 with passive targeting pod and 4manpads Grom, modification of ZU-23-2(caled ZUR-23-2KG/TG) with 2Grom, also our own Polish constructions. there was a thread about polish radars also. Look for more here:

Just a note:
This Finnish one also has powered controls, night/thermal* vision, and computer controlled tracking. There is a reason for not having missiles in it, and that's flexibilty. Having missiles and guns in separate "groups", but under the same fire/target control is considered to be more efficient (by the FDF, that is).
If my memory serves me correctly, India bought this same upgrade.
*I'm not 100% sure about that, I'll have check that out.
