ABC Bit Torrent problems..... ER!

I've been try to get my BT apps to work all this week with NO LUCK! I d/lled ABC last night and it doesnt seem to work, its just sits on "connecting to peers". Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Do you have firewall proxies whatso ever? turn it off and try again

maybe seed is down try reseed or try to download something from www.suprnova.org

My firewall is off and Ive opened the appropriate ports on my network, Im using Suprnova and a d/l with plent of seeds
