Wreck of Titanic, I modeled the entire wreck, the submersibles, and lighting was a challenge.

I have a lot of new work, but due to Non Disclosure Agreement I can't release it untill it's on shelves. However as soon as we announce our newest "stuff", and with the premission you will see some pretty stuff.

I did however started on my personal project called the FAMOUS WEAPONS. I want to model, paint, and render all the famous weapons in high quality. I just began, and the first work in progress is Russian RPK-74.
Here is what I have so far. The Reciever and a pistol grip. Took me good 3 hours to make this. But i don't have much time at the momen. Maybe 10 minutes of modeling a day.

So this is what I have so far. Next week it will be painted.

No. I used to do a little 3D animation but I sort of got out of it...don't really have any reason why.

Ratamacue, never too late to get back into it. The industry pays well, plus the animators are always in highest demand amongst the artists.

I might think about getting a technical degree in 3D animation after I get out of the military. I liked doing it but for the most part I was just reanimating the same models, not working for a mod team or anything, just screwing around with it.

that tank is awesome...is it the one called the black eagle? i saw a pic of a prototype russian tank that was referred to as the black eagle that had a similar shape but the turret was obscured by camo netting

Hey Permski, if u don't mind telling, what kind of courses or degree do u have? I'm only asking cause I've done some models before to a friend. He is trying to start his own game company (the hard way developing his own engine). I'm beginning to consider modeling or animation as a job and I really need some guidance.

The courses - Well I went to a University of Advancing Computer technology, and studied 3D art, Traditional Art, and other similar courses.

As for degree, I didnt finish it. My company offered a good salary, and I said screw school, when I can learn a lot more in the industry.

ANd I did, I also realized in my industry diploma means ****. Its your demo reel, your portfolio what matters the most.
