Afghani Poppy Grower Imprisoned?

I remember a rather large story in TIME some time ago about an Afghani poppy grower who was trying to help the US government against the Taliban, but was tricked into coming to New York for a meeting so he could be arrested?

Does anyone know who this man is and where I can find info on this story?
