Hello lads,
I'm wondering - does any US unit use vests similar to Blackhawk's Gen 4 STRIKE molle armor plate carrier? Or it's just that company's product of imagination? :)

Well, if I made some kind of faux pas, then please delete my post, or just give directions where should I ask these kind of questions. I know, that some can call their "I'm old forum masta spec", but please, keep that on a leash.

What is it for? DO you like dressing up in army gear or do you play airsoft? If it is in fact airsoft, I think there is a whole section in this forum dedicated to that. You can probably ask there.

Oh, right, mea culpa - if there's any merciful mod, who could move it to right section, I would be grateful ;) Sorry for making OT guys.

Hey Man, I'm not a mod... but be prepared for the sarcasm to comence when posting about airsoft, out of its section.

The answer to your question is no, no US military unit is issued blackhawk's strike armour carrier. A few people may use it, but it's not an issued peice of kit, nor is it widely used these days.
Though I'm fairly sure that Eagle's plate carrier is a part of the MLCS kit.

@Pete - yeah, I'm pretty prepared for all kinds of sarcasm, if that will make someone feel better - there are many ways to keep ones ego on right level. Anyway, sorry for posting in wrong section.
