I was asked by my son to help him with a school project he has to compile video footage and create music to go along with the scene, He chose to do ‘Operation Iraqi Freedom” I was hoping some people would be of some help.

(Request 1)I was wondering if anyone knows of some video of Saddam giving speeches anything of him in of him in public, anything of Saddam.

(Request 2) Maybe something of the weapons inspectors searching Iraqi compounds? old, new anything?

(Request 3) I have some but would like some more combat footage anything like infantry, tanks, and helicopters.

(Request 4) Some footage of Bush’s speeches to congress or to the American people, like the axes of evil or something.

(Request 5) What kind of music would you put in the video—I’m thinking some rock-metal kind of stuff. Know any good bands and songs? .

I’ve been unable to find any good video to download. I guess I just don’t know the best places to look

Thanks

Dennis

to steal it from BHD, the Elvis version of suspiscious minds could be cool, the Metallica song One, maybe Unforgiven by Metallica. Just some thoughts.

You might wanna check out GrouchyMedia (http://www.grouchymedia.com) for some inspiration.

I don't know where to start looking for videos, but I will make a suggestion for music.

The Turtles - Happy Together. :D

Just kidding. ;)

Yeah, see, you open up...stay with me now...with Saddam and Baghdad Bob pre-war, The Turtles in the background...And it's all peaceful and such, what with the shooting the old rifles and pistols in the air and such....and then BAM you crash in with the shock and awe footage, P.O.D. blastin'...Ok yeah, I haven't thought past that but you get the general idea.

Can yah dig it?!

(Dunno why I am feelin' so goshdarn funkeh at the minute.)

The following file types are compatible with Windows Movie Maker:
.asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv

If the non-working files are some of those above, the problem is most likely that the settings of the program are not compatible with the file.
Further info in the help section of Windows Movie Maker.

I now have another small problem, The video is all done and ready but when I burn it on a CD and go to play it in a DVD player nothing happens (I can still play it on the computer, but not DVD players) The file type is Windows Media Audio/Video file and its size 152 MB, so I just did some tinkering with some things and changed it to Video Clip using that Windows Media Movie Maker hoping that I could make it play on the DVD’s player but now the size of the 3.70 GB and cant fit on a 700 MB CD, What should I do?

...Can I make the file smaller or change the file type so that I can play it?
