Gotta be careful just saying XM107 as the Army has redesignated its M82s as M107. The XM107 trials were looking for a bolt-action .50 caliber rifle, and I know the Barret M95 and a version of the "Windrunner" (probably this XM107) were submitted (I don't remember what the other rifles were). However, the Army decided against a bolt-action weapon, and by redesignating the M82 is now using the funds alotted for the XM107/M107 to purchase that type of rifle.
