I was wondering what's a good online store where I could buy a 4 sided picatinny handguard, pistol grips and forward handles.

Just buy the stuff from Rikoshet made by TDI and FAB, they've got decent stuff.

Picatinny rail handguards: LaRue Tactical (excellent optic mounts too), Daniel Defense, Knights Armament, Troy.
Forehand grips: Tango Down, Knights Armament
Pistol grips: Magpul Industries
Rail covers: Tango Down-easy on and off, durable, etc.

I second that, My midwest quadrail is the monolithic one. Was only 160. I love it more that all of the expensive ones. Tango down for your forgrip, It will give you many more tactical options and is light weight.
