That site is outdated, but the movie has been renamed "Ghost Soldiers" after the novel by Hampton Sides and supposedly will be released late this year or some time next year.

great book...the unis are off from what the book says...they should be more tan i believe from what i under stand...also i have heard they are only discussing the raid its self...the raid wasnt the meat of the book...the point of the book was to tell the story of the prisoners...should still be good though

Excellent book, I actually picked it up at the airport earleir this year at Manila after visiting the rock and close to where the raid took place. Hope the movie does it justice.

Funny that they chose to film it in Australia not in the Philippines.

Has anyone read The Great Raid? It's out on paper-back right now. I'm just wondering how it varies from Ghost Soldiers, which I absolutely loved.
