He doesn't look to bad from my perspective :)

No I don't. He's pretty decent guy. If I have ever claimed otherwise, I'd like to say I'm sorry for that.

No, i'm think he is not bad , but maybe he must learn some english(i've heard that he don't known english :)

Actions speak louder than words. I am an external observer, I do not understand Polish political establishment nor do I care for Polish politicians, and I have never heard him speaking - English or otherwise. But I like some of his actions. Good!

Does и after Щ sounds as ы ? If yes then you are right: Щигло.

no, but by the grammar it cant be ы after ш or щ, only и. so i think if the sound is ы then the correct will be Шигло, in this position и sounds like ы
