Nobody makes a super long 1 piece rail cover that would cover a rifle- length picatinny rail handguard; RIS, RAS, etc. Normally, rail covers will only fully cover a 7" rail handguard. What I've seen done is use a Tango Down rail cover and move it all the way down closest to the magwell, then put on Ergo low profile rail covers on the remaining exposed rail. Hope that helps. Some people just use 2 rail covers together. Below are a couple of pics, one in FDE tan/tan and FDE tan/black. It's not a full length handguard but you get the idea-

You can trim the full length panel to make it fit the entire length of the M16 RAS.

Damn...really? I thought 11-rib was the longest one. I've never seen one that could cover the whole thing.

On SMGLee's pic, there are 2 Knights Armament rail covers on there, the one at the end closest to the magwell is an 11-rib one, and the one closest to the end of the barrel is another one.

here is an example of the Tangodown rail butted together to form one long rail panel.

this is two 7" rail combine to cover the length of the KAC FF RAS.

From this photo, you can see the break in the rail panels. we trimmed one rib off the KAC rail panel and they butt together pretty darn well.
