email there tech department and get ahold of qwest there isp and notify them of the incident. That should get them in enough ****, I do the same thing on bad days but I use a program called "visual route". Its a 2d map of the world and from there you insert a web address or a ip # and it will take "hops" and find the position on the map from were the attack originated and any servers they went threw. Pretty neat, then I notify there isp....that gets them in trouble enough...especially in the states. :P
