Swedish m/39B ammunition available abroad?

A friend of mine wondered if the Swedish Bofors m/39B (9 mm HP) ammunition is available abroad?

I got no idea if it is, or ever was, exported and sold commercially. The ones in the know that I asked didn't know either. Anyone?

In the late eighties, early nineties there was some of this fodder circulating - I learned of that in the body armor testing context.
IIRC this was surplus ammo, not commercial manufacture.
If there is availability right now I would like to know about it p-)

Is this the stuff that has a solid steel (IIRC, might have been lead with a very thick jacket) core with a very hot, i.e. hotter than +P loading?

It's not a hot load and not classified as an AP round but it does have a specially designed jacket. It inflicts a certain tear and wear on the weapon. Bofors guarantees that it penetrates 50 layes of kevlar at 50 meters (tests have indicated 65 layers) or a 3 mm steel plate at 75 meters. A Level IIIA vest has some 30 layers.

I seem to recall that Bofors sold it's small-caliber ammunition division to some norwegian company.
