Dude, that is so wrong I don't even know where to start. Sure modern medicine can suppress, and manage AIDS to a degree but if you get AIDS, chances are (baring an Israeli airstrike in Arafats case, of course) you gonna die of AIDS.

but after a while, when more reliable sources in the mainstream media started mentioning it, t stated to sound real.

According to that program, Years of Blood, which was on the Discovery Times channel a few months ago Arafat didn't actually donate blood after 9/11. Some thing about not wanting to give away his blood, so they just stuck a needle in his arm and hooked the tube to a bag of someone else's blood.
