I have had a splinter since Thursday and it wont come out.
1. Any siggestions on how do get it out?
2. Is it bad to leave it in there?
3. If I do leave it in there, what will happen to it?

Depends where the splinter came from.

Just leave it there, in a week or so the skin will die above it, and it will come out anyway.

unless it doesn't and becomes infected, then you'll have to call up good old fintin to come with his chainsaw....

1. Squeezing, tweezers and sometimes a sterilised 'pin' usually gets a splinter out for me.
2. Yes.
3. An infection might appear.

Not necessarily. About 10 years ago I left a splinter in my thumb, and it's still there. I can still see it.

If you didn't get infected immediately, you won't get infected ever.

on how to get it out.
If it's deep, use a pin or needle, (sterelize it first, with a flame), and pick at the skin that is lying over it, try to not make yourself bleed.

Just get them out as soon as possible.

Use a small sewing needle to take it out.

Get a foot long battle knife, stick it in a fire till it's red hot, then plunge it in your left eye.

TA DAAAh! no more sore finger.
