How would you run the earth?

Plain and simple; how would you 'run' the earth? How would you shape the political system (if you'd choose to have one that is), what would be the main drive behind all your decisions, and how would do things?
Everything is possible; one big government for the world, or all the different countries on their own like it is now. Let's just say, if everything were possible, and you somehow had the power to shape the way the earth is governed; how would you do it?

I would need to be crowned Emperor MC Love Meister in a 3 day ceremony at Graceland. Followed by a three-month mediataion retreat with myself and the entire NFL cheerleading roster.

I'm thinking absolute despotism, unless the whole thing turns into a big "responsibility" type gig. In that case just farm the actual command and control work out to Halliburton.

Nation-states if possible, these are then in federations but still independent so that
they doesn´t get run over by nation-states that fokk more and have 50 million
more voters. Same currency and so forth, despite the independence they should
be involved in each other so that there can´t be conflicts about stupid small things,
in order to avoid wars.

... to start with. And of course I would be prez in one of these federations.

BTW I wasn't necessarily talking about how you would run it yourself, but how you would organize it, so more like...how would you design the system? So you wouldn't be the one who'd pull the strings, but I'm giving you the once-in-a-lifetime chance to determine which strings are gonna be pulled by how many persons and where and such.

A. Stop pollution, more education, less wars. Equal rights for everyone etc etc, no politicians. Protect peoples cultures and environment. Obviously if i was in charge it would work though and everybody would be happy.

Keep National/State borders the same, but have everyone united under one form of government, preferrably democracy. Government has five (six if the country is divided into States or Provinces) levels. City - County/Region - (State) - National - Continental - Worldwide. Every nation has one representative in the Worldwide gov't. One globaly elected "President", manages the meetings. Elections are based on popular vote.

Most important, abolish all forms of religion. Causes way to many problems.

Id kill all the hippies, and all the people who I deem a terrorist...and create a massive counter terrorist orginization consisting of Ninja Samauri's who will be all around the world, and they would be constantly on patrol hunting down suspected torrorist and then at the end of each month the terrorists would be sent to mars...all the garbage would be sent to the sun.

I would remove all forms of government and I would rule the whole world, anybody who oposses me will be seen as a terrorist. Any tribal/boundary/etc. warfare that takes place I will intervene and the fighting parties will be sent to opposite poles of the planet. Countries customs will remain the same.....etc I come up with more later.

Well, i would have it the way it is.
But insted of spending 100million on research for a new STealth Aircraft, i would share it out to the 500million or so people who are starving to death in Africa and in Asia, and other countires.
All army/navy/airforce will be turned into "Defence Forces" not only to defend your country if attacked, but to go and help other countries that need help.

Oh, and run a re-education camp/program for neo-nazis, racists and other people that should not be here.

Aaah, one can dream of such things.
