Photos taken by US troops. That'll be pretty ... I really hope this scandal will get the whole interrogation process overhauled. Or at least keep the military from pretending how professionnal and humane these interrogation techniques are.


It gets worse. Before the Senate Armed Services Committee last Friday, a chastened Rumsfeld warned that more photos and even videos will surface. (This time the Pentagon itself will release the video to Congress, rather than wait for the inevitable leak.) According to knowledgeable sources, the images include an American soldier having *** with a female Iraqi detainee and American soldiers watching Iraqis have *** with juveniles. Another photo shows a female prison guard gloating over the body of a dead Iraqi.

I suspect that articles like this, and the associated pics and videos, are going to be coming out for a long time to come. I agree, though, that all the threads started in this forum on the topic get a bit irritating after a while.

It seems the mistreatment of prisoners might be a bit more widespread than initially believed, but WanderingNomad et. al. should realize that practically everyone here has condemned these acts. Enough already - the point has been made... can we please move onto military stuff again?

Wandering so far you have posted only Anti American crap..post something that isn't Anti American and then maybe people will believe you. I don't see you posting any pics from the Iraqi mass graves or the poor Italian guy that was murdered.
