Vest ID help

Firstly, howdy folks..been a long time, been real busy making plasma cannons and sonic ball breakers...but that's another story...

Got a few vests in a mixed lot of gear, most of it Eagle, and dating back to the late 90's... I need to ID, assess and put a value on some of this stuff.

This one has me stumped...Having exhausted my search avenues I turn to you lot. Searching Elite equipment has turned up very little.

Holster is kind of short, my Beretta sticks out about an inch.

Back pouch has an extended flap that extends out and folds over when closed.

Just wondering if anyone can attach this vest to any branch of service foreign or domestic, maybe put a year on it. It is used, but not heavily, has some 100 mph tape on and scratches on the buckles.
The Comm pocket, is way oversized by todays standards, which makes me think this thing is over 10 yrs old or older....I could be wrong.

Any Ideas?

More vests on the way if I can't figure them out as well.

The thing is probably older than the internet i didn't find anything on it. Not like today where your vests our produced by folks like eagle or Blackhawk, london bridge etc, Happy Hunting though.

I own a chestrig from the brand And its says made in holland.
Mine was a private purchas van het korps mariniers.

I don't know how safe it is to assume that it might be 90's Dutch SF or Police issue...but it's the only lead I have at this time.

The helmet is an AC-100 made by Aerospace. £179 a piece.
