Karelia's pies, Karelia's roast and Finlandia vodka.
Unfortunately, I have to often settle with something else. But, thank God we are not as perverted as the rest of the Scandinavia.

yeah those kobe cows get it better than others do, fed saki and beer while being massaged. not even humans get that treatment... ;)

In good Sushi places in Japan you get your Nigiri or Futomaki either on Bamboo leaves or the Chef feeds you, no kidding. No plates and no menu, just rely on the Chef's skill and artistry.

I love sushi. Well, I love good sushi. Mediocre sushi kind of makes me feel pukey.
I can't really pick a favorite food... long as it's flavorful and not too greasy, and especially if it includes plenty of fresh veggies or fruit, I'll go for it.

My fav place to get sushi while in Japan is the revolving sushi bar. The sushi goes in this revolving tray mving in front of you and you just gonna grab whatever you like that passes. They dont have price tags forthe kind of sushi, the price depends on the size and shape of the plate that its serve with.
