Yeah, I've read it :) Really good book. It's about two friends, Gene and Finny... *spoiler* Gene gets overcome by jealousy and pushes Finny off the tree. It's all downhill from there..Sad book, but very good.

Yeah, but what happens??? What are the twists and turns?

Hmm..after this Finny can't play sports anymore, something he excels at. Umm...wow, I really don't remember a lot of stuff. Everything's so vague...I remember Finny finds out that Gene pushed him off in the end...And Finny dies while the doctors are working on him. I remember a time where some kid goes crazy - am I right? And does Gene go to some person's house? These are scenes that stick out in my mind, I remember them being pretty intense. Sorry I can't offer any more info Seoul, I don't remember either.

Ahhhh, the part I remember vividly is how one of the kids (the kid who broke his leg) died when the orthopaedist was setting the bones and something got into his blood and he died as a result. In fact, whenever I think about doctors setting bones, I think back to that scene. That was a pretty good book, but everything is still really hazy in my mind. I did read it 5 years ago, though.

I guess I liked it so much because we read it in high school for english class, and if you remember about books we read in classes, we didn't just read them, we had to brea them down to every word, so I guess I got too involved in it and understood it completely.

I read the book in High School. Didn't really enjoy it. Then I had to read it for one of my University courses. Still didn't think it was ALL that good. It isn't too bad, but it isn't too good either, IMHO.
