Edit: I would heartily recommend buying the barrel in Canada since 14inch shotgun barrels are a controlled device in the States if memory serves me right. That and trying to get gun parts through the border can be hit and miss due to American policy regarding firearms exports and the general stupidity and lack of knowledge of firearms laws on the part of Canadian Customs

Eventually 18.5"?
Cabelas.com you can find the 18.5" for around $100. They should ship to canada no prob.

What do you need a 14" barrel for? Thats terribly short for a shotgun isn't it?

A 14inch barrel is well liked for its compactness with people who work in the woods. The short barrel won't hang up on branches and it makes it easy for carrying. Nothing better for bear protection than a 14inch barrelled shotgun loaded up with Brenneke slugs.

exactly, Im off camping in couple of weeks, and I just dont want people oogling me, because I have freaking gun attached to my backpack, not that there will be any people where Im going
