Shotgun Ammunition Types : "TAP" and "Back Flash"

Please can anybody tell me what that means? I know slugs, buckshots, trap, skeet, practical, but what the hell is "TAP" and "Back Flash"? I suppose that it exists in 12/76 calibre. Thanks

I've only shot .308, .223 and .45 TAP. Never heard of Black Flash though.
