Blackwater gear

I just posted this in the Airsoft/Paintball section but thought it would get more responses in this section.

I used to have the Milspex version of the CIRAS but didnt find it up to par. So I've been thinking of getting the Blackwater IO plate carrier (with or without the cummerbund). There isnt much info on the one with the cummerbund so any info on both of the vests would help.
