this things are cool and the support is awesome but they have always brought out the whiner in me....

As these shows go on in the ISB and even the FSB the line companies are out on the ground stealing grub off each other to get the good T-rats and other comfort items they need. What you need is a good supply guy (good luck there, they exist but are hard to find) who goes to these events and swipes everything to send out to you. In a 1 month old stars and stripes you read about the USO show and go, "Hey alright, way to go guys....HEY wait a minute look at chow these assholes are eating... didn't we request a case of Dew like 4 months ago??"

Or maybe I'm just dumb and jaded..

Cool display of support thought....I HOPE the ladies are assigned some armed escorts or a good CP team to fight of the horny horde.

Did you see that extremely cheezy tv movie with Chuck Norris and some other guy in it where they take down a terrorist leader who's based on bin Laden. I think it was about 4-5 months ago. He stooped to a new low with as all of the terrorists in Afghanistan miraculously were martial arts masters.
