How do I post a picture ???

I don't want to sound like a complete computer-ignorant. However I have tried several times to post pictures on this forum - and I have failed every time. :(

Can any one help me? please.

First of all you will have to find someplace to upload you picture onto the internet, you can't just post pics from your harddrive. Once you have uploaded the picture copy the address/url of the image you than put at the front and at the end.
Don't forget to put the http:// at the front of the address.
