I was going to post a pretty long post which I put some time in to. However, since
there was a lock the size of my ass on the thread I never could say what I really
felt, or could I?

I do feel that I had some "compassion" and respect for his family and everything

These are done on the basis that they appear to be posted inorder to incite flame wars, lack any credible information, are too diversionary (i.e. some of the ****-esque threads) and the like.

No one will not accept the excuse "well so-&-so posted such-&-such about me in another thread and you didn't lock it."
As I stated before, MODs may not see all the posts, I know I do not; therefore you should PM one if you feel you are being harrassed.

I have no problem with dissent, I have no problem with alternate opinions; I have huge problems when people violate the norms of the forum.
