Doing some closet cleaning found some rounds, .45. 38, and some .7.62.
I´d rather gave them away, but I´m curios on how could I deactivate them?
Hope you can help me

Can't. Just turn them into your nearest LEO department.

Ho, yes, there is a way, a few 7.62 bullets are deactivated, some how the bullet was released from the cooper case wich is not used, the percutor at the bottom is intact.
I konw it´s unsafe, but damm, I´m so curios about it. The wife just keep telling me to give them to the police wich I might do, but it would be cool to know.

If you mean that way you can do it. I personally wouldn't.

Pull the bullet, empty the case and soak the primer in oil, WD-40, whatever, this will deactive the primer.

There are various kinetic bullet pullers on the market - Hornady's for example. They look sort of like a hammer. You place the cartridge inside, whack it against something and inertia forces the bullet out of the case.

You still have powder and a live primer to deal with. (^--There's how you can deal with the primer)
It'd probably be easier to just turn them in to the police though.

If you need to ask about this on the internet, you shouldn't be doing it.

Last time this question popped up we infracted a heap of people for being retards. Basically your question has been answered, if you don't know what you're doing hand them into the cops, if you do know, you wouldn't be asking here.
