who are these guys?
They resemble Marine Force recon, as i know they usually have those hoods and goggles on, though ive seen images of SEAL and airborne units with similar fatigues.

I've seen these pics before on another forum. They are SF on a training op. A current SF soldier posted them as it was his friends unit.

These guys can't be Delta or any sort of US Special Forces unit as they're using very hi-tech gear and not wearing sunglasses!
Only kidding.
My guess would be US Special Forces like those in the USSOCOM Training gallary.
Very cool pics mate

Yes that joke is getting real old real fast and I'm starting to think that things were much better back in the day when people thought everybody were delta or devgru och santas little helpers or whatever, because in every single damn thread somebody finds it very entertaining to YET AGAIN say "haha he wears boxers and a robe, he's delta"..

As to the airsofters - what's that bloke gonna do with his grenade launcher .. rofl .. some people just take these things a little too far. I've never done any airsoft but I can't imagine you need much more than a weapon, a set of combats and a smock or whatever. I mean what a goddamn waste of cash ... it does make me chuckle though.

Gordon: All I can say is that you have pissed me off.. Now I have just edited out my previous message with replies to start a potential flame war but through my expereicne with arguments and flame wars I have learned that is simply not worth the time and energy and that why should I even give a f***..... All I can say is that if military gear collecting is not your passion you dont have to say such things as "these guys are taking it too far" or "i chuckle at them" etc. etc. These are peoples passions you are speaking about and you have just attempted to critiesize "the best" of someone

As a matter of fact i reckon they should train soldiers for uraban warfare with airsoft rifles and paintball.
Blanks and lasers are crap because your not worried about being hit plus the lasers are unrealistic and everyone i know who has used them say they are crap, myself included.

All you need to play that game is a weapon, some utilities, and a coupla mag puches and a canteen. This "military gear collector" **** is,to put it simply, stupid.People who play a game spending thousands of dollars on "realistic" equipment?Come on!

Honestly, airsoft weapons are way to fragile to be use effectivly by Armed Forces in training. This is where simunitions or blanks/MILES comes into play. Plus, these systems are much less taxing on resources and logistics (They utilize real steal weapons/components).
No one is openly bashing airsoft in itself, just some of the jackass people who are in the sport. Anyone who goes that far for gear to imitate a real SOF/Flavor-of-the-month-badass look is, IMHO, delusional; or at best, disturbed. I will admit openly I enjoy some aspects of airsoft. I have a AEG and a few pieces of kit myself; but I don't go overboard with it.

I happen to play airsoft and I play with a group of marines in my area they come out in their gear like their actually going to kick some ass does this really make them losers this forum is getting a little ridiculous first they bash you for being american then for not being american then they bash for asking questions now they bash because someone is into a hobby and decided that is he was going to do it then he was gonna go all the way seriously some of you people act like your **** doesn't stink and adam if you let some one run you off a board because they flamed you then maybe you should leave because your a little too sensitive what the **** is the point of having a forum if everytime someone has something to say there are 50 assholes screaming idiocy at the poster some of you assholes need to grow the **** up and realize noone likes an internet gangster
