The games that are labeled as 'free with full source' by it's developers are a handfull and can be found on the devs homepages.

actually i found a site that hosted old classic games to download for free. I used to have it in my favorites but have since formatted my computer so aint got it no more. I found it on google searching for simple for quake ... when i found it it was on like the 10 page i came too, i'll have a look for it and see if i can find it again but there are sites out there if you look hard enough.
