Canadian NATO Sizes

Do someone have a chart of the sizing system that Canada uses for its uniforms? Ex 6070-9505

For Shirts/Jackets
the first two numbers are your height in inches
the second two numbers is your chest size in inches

For Pants
the first two numbers are your height in inches
the second two is your waist in inches.

I think these are in centimeters. From 160 /170-95/105.
