I used to live in a small farming-like town for most of my childhood. Now I'm in the city, again.

Im the same as Memphiz.
I grew up in Ottawa south which is a mix of city/country. then i moved to trinidad where i lived in basically the burbs. then i moved to NY and as we all know this is city.
Im moving back to Ottawa next month, and i will be living in the booneys again.

Like most of you, I'm all of them.
Born in little beach town on north central coast in NSW (Byron Bay), Australia-country
moved to Kathmandu, Nepal for seven years- third world country
moved back to Australia and lived with the grandparents in a coastal town in the middle of a national forest in NSW (Bundeena)-country
moved to the far north coast of NSW for three years on an avocado/macedmia nut/custard apple orchard (Bilambil)-country
finished school on southern QLD coast (Surfer's Paradise)-tourist city/burbs
moved to California in the Malibu hills-country
moved back to Surfer's Paradise in Australia for three of four years-tourist city/burbs
back to Malibu for a couple of years-country
then beach town of Oxnard, CA just up the coast-burbs
then inland to the sleepy little town of Fillmore, CA-country
and finally to Sin City, Nevada (Las Vegas)-bright lights, big city!

Live in a city of 90,000 or about that. Very country oriented though. About 2 or 3 or so hours inland from the coast....(Gold Coast) and an hour from the Queensland capital Brisbane.
Burbs/country/city I guess, I like the mix.

Born and raised in the country, live now in the city, but go regular to the country, which my family owns. Like "Ballistic" i like the mix.

Country to some people is not country to others. I consider places like Woodlawn, TN and McEwen, TN and Trenton, KY country. Others may see my town as country...just all depends.
I like a little bit of each every now and then but after living a couple of years right by New York City, I cherish the rural life (See Marietta, GA for example :D )

I spent my first ten years in a mid-size city. Then my mom decided to drop drunken dad and found a new love out in the boonies. I didn't like it back then but now that I've moved to a big city and lived here for 5 or so years I'm not sure anymore.
It' great going home. Different pace, different priorities. I would like to have something in between, I guess. Or some kind of place you could resort to when big city life gets too tiring...
