CPU Audio Problems (Do you use Shareaza?)

I am downloaditng BitTorrent files and things but when I exit out, I lose all sound on my CPU and need to restart the CPU to get it back. For those of you with or without Shareaza, do you know why this is happening, and how do I fix it so I dont need to restart my CPU every time?
