ID this jacket

Can some one ID this jacket? I think it's cool. Is it still being made, can I buy it online and who has the cheapest price? Was this the MK II model of it that was worn by the super elite tactical Russian boarding task force unit that was never named? Who has used it, is it warm? I need something for when I go outside.
