The Modified Trap (Sports)

Today...Im attempting to teach a girls lacrosse team how to use a modified trap defensive play (you hockey guys will know what I'm talking about) I have two hours to get them to understand it, Do you think I'll have any luck.

uh getting them to understand Man-To-Man was nearly ****ing impossible, most of them still get confused by that.
