NAM fans, lets see how good you are (unique Nam chest rig)

Ok guys, this one is gonna be really hard. Today I found a picture of a very unique vest. Unfortunately the website was in Japanese, so all I did was to save the image and close the website. The name of the image was "bag northviet.jpg"

It must be some sort of NVA chest rig production, but as said, I never ever saw it before.

Can somebody help me identify it?! Or even share some info where I can get it?

The strap goes over the shoulder, then the rig wraps around the body and tied with tape, so that the AK mag is over the hip and the grenade pouches are to the front. Chinese-made, but not very common.

I saw a similar rig in Hong Kong some months ago in one of the AS shops in Kowloon. Just that one rig; most others were AK chest rigs or SKS bandolier types.
