Cut down Rear M4 sight

Ok tech heads,where can I purchase one of the M4 CQBR cut down rear sights,my company in Iraq is aqquiring M4's over the next few weeks ,so I'm told,and I'd like to have the cut down rear sight with an EOTECH mounted on the upper reciever.

Any info will be greatly appreciated
