Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you could help me please, I saw a show a while ago from the UK where a guy used to do funny reenactments of history - he had shaggy black hair and I assume was a history post-grad or something like that...

He put a funny spin on History - I remember one episode where he told the story of a famous medieval battle and then reenacted it on the exact spot - which is now a Tescos (complete with trolley jousting with french sticks)

They were only short 5-10 minutes, often played between shows here on the ABC in Oz...

Can anyone help me with the title - I'd love to buy the DVDs if possible!

Thanks :)

It might be 'we are history' with the comedian Marcus Brigstocke playing the inept professor guy

If you want some sensible history done in a funny way though, 'Historyonics' with Nick Knowles hits all the right spots.

Theyre both fairly scruffy dark haired guys and they were both BBC but Brigstock is the one who did the Ikea jousting bit from what i remember?
