What is this AK-based rifle and where it's manufactured and what is this optical sight and especially what's attached to it? I mean that curved thing above actual sight. Is it somekind of support where shooter can rest his head or what?

Hmm...first that rifle looks like serbian M-76, but I think it's Iraq's own Tabuk sniper rifle.

I certainly not a weapons identification expert but it looks like a normal Ak47 with a hole in the butt and a ****ed up scope.

That sight belongs on a RPG, the curved thing is a forehead pad.
It's an AK type, don't really care about the specific's as it goes Bang like the rest.
If you look harder you'll notice the weapon is on safe, the selector is all the way up, so it might be a stagged shot for the girlfriend.
Hope that helps.

The rifle is safe! Looks like the barrel is from different rifle, flash hinderer is different to AK-47 used in north caucasus, it might be custom madel. It looks like an SVD flash hinder. Well... never seen this type of rifle before.

The scope is a PSOP scope. It is Soviet military issue in the past. I have a couple made in Belerus. The curved thing above the rear of the sight is a rubber lens cover. (would you stick your eye up that close to a RPG sight when you fire it?!?!)
I think the rifle is the Tabuk.
The picture is staged I would say. With the muzzle resting on the wall accuracy would be poor.
