Ebay: not a good selection of all items, sometimes they are used, and have to wait to bid.

I bought a spear fleece on ebay, and it turned out to be a fake. It was made in china and I was a little mad. It's still a good product, keeps me warm though. It's identical to the real thing in terms of looks. In terms of keeping you warm on the same scale, I don't know.

I highly recommend the Cabela's ECWCS fleece jacket. It's a copy of the USMC fleece:

I bought my SPEAR Peckham fleece on E-Bay a few years ago from a seller in the US, was genuine issue, in excellent condition.

Their becomming pretty rare these days tho, especially in unissued condition, but E-Bay is the best place to source them.

Either Peckham or Goodwill Industries are the makers, If you want the original then forget the rest and look for one of these.

Were abouts are you? If your in the UK i can put you onto a guy that sell these in used or sometimes unissued condition.

I just found out this tidbit:

"Peckham is NO LONGER producting the new Gen. 3 level 3 ECWCS 300 fleece and have no more for sale. ADS Tactical has picked up the Govt. contact. They are available for sale on their website (only in Foliage Green)

Propper will have the USMC Fleece in Black and Coyote. It's part of our Adventure Tech Series. We have the 7-Layer APCU, the USMC Fleece and the Spy Hoody.

I believe the black USMC Fleece is coming sometime next month while the Coyote will be available in January. That's the current plan anyways..."

Which is good, because IMHO Foliage Green is teh ghey.
