Does anyone have information about it. I know they are a terrorist group located in Sri Lanka and some info about some of their attacks but I want to know more.

Apperently, the leader of the group has a fascination with the rambo movie's so he make's the suicide unit, the black tiger's watch them, before attack's, top lad

They have the biggest navy in the world that is not run by a government.

They are the pioneers in suicide bombing. but nowadays they don't used that anymore.

They use stealth boats, and do quite a bit of working with mortars, both for indirect, AND direct fire capabilities. Quite interesting.

Check out their stealth boats. www.janes.com has the answers, as usual. Go back to about 2001 or so, and you'll find some ****.
