I noticed in the picture above something new on their rifles. What is it, a new laser designater? new MILES?

any help?

I think it's the new system where you shoot bb's with a reduced charge from standard 5.56 cases. I'm not sure though.

I am currently running the DBAL2 which is the other winner of the Ir laser competition. Army select both as the supplier where as SOCOM and Marines selected only the Insight.

I have played with the Insight, it is one amazing unit. supposedly if you aim the laser on full power, it will eventually lit your cigarette.

there is two allen screws, remove both will give you full setting on the Aptial.

Ive heard of this. We are still using the G17FX for simmunition. Bugger is that you have to use the G17FX gun itself.

6.8mm Upper's work just fine with a slight degradation of accuracy past 100 meters, the kinks are still being ironed out.
