Check out this article on Fox News website:

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,312098,00.html

It was apparantly taken at *****sburg and shows a tall man with a dark suit, stovepipe hat, and beard in the crowd. The man may have been Abraham Lincoln. According to the article, there is only one known photo of President Lincoln at *****sburg and this would be the second if it is authentic. It really doesn't alter our knowledge of history much, but I think it still is interesting.

Note: for some reason the software thinks the '*****' in '*****sburg' is a bad word, I'm not really sure why.

Why not? The President was there. The guy in the pic is taller than anyone else, has the stovepipe hat...who else was there who was that tall, in civilian clothing, wearing a stove pipe hat? Duh!

interesting possibility but the evidence is WAY too thin. If they are basing it on a beard and stovepipe hat, thats almost comically bad.

Anyone who knows anything about Victorian America will know that Beards and tophats were really popular at the time. Plus, theres no way of knowing his real height. He could be a normal sized guy standing on a box...

Thats like saying that some body in a group photo has to be someone you know because they are wearing a baseball hat and jeans...
