Wasn't there a movie called "Enemy of the State" that dealt with the potential consequences of this technology? Good movie, anyway.... hope it never turns out to be prophetic :(

should have a look at the Secret War Details the sort of Surveillance gear that was used in NI after sept 11 thats going to be in use in US citys and more an certainly more HI tec kit as well
