I bought this coat from a local surplus store today which looks very new and authentic.Just wonder about it origin.Could anybody tell me which country this coat is from? Thanks in advance.

Is it supposed to be a military coat?
i suppose so,it has got some code on the coat itself.
Besides,it has got detachable inner layer which is made of woo i suppose.

It looks kind of like the Czech winter military coat they used to have, but is clearly not, but I could imagine its from the same sort of region or a civilian made coat. If you provide a photo of the tag that will help alot.

It's from Poland or more precisely People's Republic of Poland at that time. Name of the camouflage pattern is "Moro" IIRC

yep polish moro winter jacket.
uncle had exactly the same one.

rumors say it has asbestos woven in to be fireresistant...

The jacket itself without the woven lining works pretty well in the autumn...hvn't tried both in the winter yet.
I payed 75 aud for it and it seems to be a nice deal.

marlowe is right. This is a regular winter field coad used by regular groung forces. Here is a quite better picture:
