That camo has been around since maybe the late '80s. It was hyped as the new ultimate camoflague pattern for all seasons and all terrains (kinda like what we hear about Multicam now)-hence the ASAT name.

Cabela's used to sell it (in hunting applications), along with Brigade QM (for tactical applications), but I do not think it is in either's current inventory.

From what I remember from friends who used it hunting, it worked decently (and remember at that time Woodland camo was the standard, this was before all the RealTree type stuff or any of the current digital patterns), but wasn't as vastly superior as it was hyped to be.

It's a great camo for hunting i.e standing still and the target has b.w vision. But the contrast and colors make it bad for military use (moving, color vision).

I'm closing this as it's nothing new and we've had too many repetetive cammo topics lately.
