Well someone had to to it, the EU just mandated all its member states must "harmonize" gay marriage laws and make everything legal, hence massachusetts, a little part of the EU right here in the USA legalizes it as well. We are the most liberal state in the union, what the hell did you expect...we agree more with paris and berlin than we do with washington....

Sorry to disapoint you but EU cannot force any memberstate to legalize gay mariages... i.e. In poland it is writen in constitution that mariage can be only betwen man and woman. And I can bet my 2 years salary that hell will freeze faster than gey mariages would be legal in Poland...

It used to be in several states. Actually, until last year when the Supreme Court ruled that the government can't legislate against ****** behavior (I think), many states still had and loosely enforced morality laws. It's illegal to engage in oral ***, anal ***, homo****** acts, etc.

It all happened in '98 when Texas arrested and charged two men for engaging in a little, well ... nudge, nudge - wink, wink, say no more.

I think the Supreme Court ruled against Texas' law because it only targeted homo******s. That means that you can still be arrested and charged in several states for, say, getting a blowjob from your girlfriend, or engaging in anything other than plain vanilla "missionary style" ***.
