In South Africa, I pay R79 ($12) a month for 56k internet access, but still have to pay phone bills to ISP at... lots and lots The biggest part of my phone bill, by far, is calls to my ISP:(

My parents got the dish and they have trouble whenever the weather's bad. Do you have that problem?
