The IDF is responsible and it allready said that it's sorry for the death of innocents today. The amount of dead civilians is unknown right now, some people say that all the 8 Palestinians that got killed are civilians and some say that some of them are militiants (some militants got killed but the number of militants is unkown).
It was a mistake, no one shot on the demonstrators, they shot 3 tank shells on an empty building and from the blast of the shells 8 people got killed but all the shells hit the house and exploded in it. I'm sure that all the Israelis are sorry for the killing of the innocents and no one of them got out to the streets and started celebrating like our neighbours did and still do.
