they don't count.....they had others do their work for them, they didn't personally kill anyone. Serial killers stalk and kill a particular type of victim and it is an intensley personal endeavour (sometimes ******) for them. They have to be the ones to kill (or in their warped sense of logic bring justice). Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, were definitly mass murderers, and definitly mentally deranged. But they were not serial killers.
