Nice pics Sirpad. Looks like the guy on the SR-25 in pics 1 & 2 is wearing that 'night desert camo'.

The supressor on the barret M82 (3rd pic, last gun) is the SWR Omega X-50.

The same company makes several different suppressors:

I'm thinking this might be a Special Ops sniper competition (Thus, the Canucks), although I could be wrong.
On the rifles:
M14SSR (Sniper Security Rifle) in first picture, background.
AR10(T) in third picture.

Just a chrome barrel, no biggie. I'm sure they would have another for field work though, or atleast tape it up.

Note that the rifle in the last picture sporting a silencer, is NOT an AW as captioned, it is infact a suppressed M700 action(or M24, or M40 if you want to be picky) in an AICS chasis.

no it was a 2002 International Sniper Competition Fort Benning, i watched it on tv in mid september it was good i only think there were 3 countries there (Canada, America and United Kingdom). UK said they did bad because US customs would not let them bring in the ammunition that they use.

That's realy good camo, i thought only the USMC use that? but it would be better if the hole Military should use it, i think it's better than the present
the canadians us a digital camo called cad pat as seen in the picture above.
then the usmc took the digital thing and made a more universal camo.

for me...the third pic rifle looks like an MSSR...a philippine built sniper rifle
http://www.imt.net/~mele/images/mssr1n2.jpg
its the MSSR 1 & 2...though it got a Tasco Armored 3-9x40mm scope...

That is correct, in fact, it could well be an EBR Wraith .308 rifle. The suppressor, manufactured by SWR, is fixed and cannot be removed. It was tested by many SWAT-type units in the US and is reportedly giving excellent result.
Good pick if the CF decide to buy it to replace the C3A1.
